Midlands Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery is a multi-specialty medical group formed when Columbia Neurosurgical Associates and Midlands Orthopaedics united to provide excellent patient care in a private practice setting at a lower cost than hospital systems are able to offer.

Midlands Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery provides a full spectrum of musculoskeletal and neurosurgical care. All of the orthopaedic physicians have completed fellowship training in their sub-specialties: upper extremity, hand, foot and ankle, trauma, pediatric surgery, sports medicine, spine and joint replacement. The neurosurgeons are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the spine, brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and their supporting structures.

Adding to the practice’s breadth are physiatrists and anesthesiologists who specialize in pain management to include epidural injections, nerve blocks and spinal stimulators. Their expertise in medications, physical modalities, and interventions is essential to effectively treat non-operative pain conditions. Our physiatrists also provide EMGs and nerve conduction studies.

We are also pleased to offer magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), occupational therapy, bracing and advanced outpatient surgery options at significantly reduced cost compared to hospital-owned facilities.
