We are committed to serving the insured, uninsured, and under insured. A sliding fee scale is available to make treatment affordable to those without insurance or on a limited income. Fees are calculated based on household size and documents annual income level. All patients, even those with insurance are welcome to apply for a sliding fee to help defer out of pocket expenses.
