With the recent health crisis, you may need resources that can work independently on a remote basis initially, but when things settle down, you need them to relocate to one of your offices.
Right Time:  The tight deadlines associated with many projects require timely hiring decisions and if work is being completed in multiple locations, you may need a resource that is in that area or able to get on site quickly.  Maybe you have had searches drag on for ages because your current partner does not have the experience or reach to identify the right candidate from a national search.
