Miele Canada operates as the Canadian subsidiary of the global Miele brand, based in Vaughan, Ontario, and handles the manufacture and distribution of high-end domestic appliances and commercial equipment. Founded in 1989, the company is positioned in Canada's appliance market with a focus on quality and customer care. Vacuum cleaners are sold exclusively through selected Authorized Vacuum Dealers, while other domestic appliances are marketed directly to consumers via Miele Chartered Agents or through specialized partners for the commercial and cleaning/disinfecting lines.

The company runs its own delivery and service organization and maintains service agents across every province to uphold service standards. It operates Experience Centres in Vancouver, Calgary, Vaughan, Toronto and Montreal, where customers can see, test, and interact with Miele products in a relaxed setting. In 2026, Miele Canada participated in Milan Design Week, presenting a holistic concept titled Designed to Move with You.
