Mighty develops a portable streaming audio solution that can operate without a phone, a screen, or internet access. This enables listening during activities such as running, gym workouts, and commutes, and it can entertain children without adding more screen time. The product sits at the intersection of consumer electronics and audio streaming, offering a hands-off listening experience for on-the-go use.

Based in Venice, California, Mighty was founded in early 2016 by a team of entrepreneurs and designers who prefer life with the phone off. The company launched in July 2017 with a Spotify partnership and anticipated additional streaming partners in the coming months, and it reports a global user base in excess of 50,000 users across 65 countries. In October 2017 Mighty Audio, Inc. announced a partnership with Bemighty to deliver a new experience for its joint users.
