Mikey's Way Foundation is a nonprofit organization in the fundraising sector, based in Fairfield, Connecticut. It was founded to honor the late Michael "Mikey" Friedman, who was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer at the age of 15 in 2004 and treated at Memorial Sloan Kettering. While undergoing treatment, Mikey used a Make-A-Wish to bring comfort to other pediatric patients by providing interactive games and other electronic devices, an effort that evolved into the foundation's ongoing mission to foster connection and diversion for children facing long, difficult treatments.

Since its inception, Mikey's Way has reached more than 5,000 children in hospitals across the United States. The organization relies on private donations to support its programs, which aim to enrich the lives of young patients with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by helping them cope emotionally and physically. Leadership has been continued by Mikey's father, Les Friedman, since Mikey's passing in 2008.
