Milestones In Home Care was founded in 2001 by Kelly Duranti, R.N., M.S.N. and Denise Giovanniello, R.N., B.S.N. Since then, the agency has grown from one nurse on staff to over 100 highly qualified and caring nursing professionals. Collectively, Kelly and Denise have 50 years’ experience in the health care field, including:

The philosophy of Milestones In Home Care is based on three fundamental principles:

1- Every human being is a person of worth.
2- Pediatric patients are children first and foremost, and they should not be defined by their illness.
3- Each patient is entitled to maximize his or her potential as a member of a family unit and society as a whole.
