About Milly’s Tavern

Opened in January 2002 in Manchester’s historic mill yard, Milly’s Tavern is the
city’s only brewery. We handcraft our beer on premise using 15-barrel DME brewing
system and an all-natural brewing process with no pasteurization or chemical preservatives.
We use the choicest ingredients in our beers: imported malted barley,
hops from Europe and the Pacific Northwest, pure Lake Massabesic water and yeasts
from around the world. We are proud to offer at least 18 original, hand-crafted
beers on tap at all times, including 8 year-round varieties and a minimum of four
seasonal or specialty brews
