The Minnesota Council on Foundations is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization that functions as a regional membership association for grantmakers. It unites family and private foundations, community and other public foundations, and corporate foundations and giving programs to strengthen and expand philanthropy and improve community vitality and health.
