We love food and creating new things, so it only seemed fitting that we would turn the things we love into a full time business.  This PASSION turned into Mint Julep Restaurants, which oversees our day-to-day restaurant operations and delivers the best made from scratch food.  Our LOVE for what we do continues to grow.  As a restaurant operator of 35+ Cheddar’s Restaurants in six states and owner of Coba Cocina, Cobar Cantina, and Cocoh! Confectioner in Lexington, we are always seeking and developing new talent.
