Founded in 1994, MIR Appraisal provides independent appraisal and advisory services for religious, educational, commercial, non-profit, and municipal organizations, as well as national and international private collectors. We specialize in appraising fine art from old masters to contemporary, antiques, furniture, and decorative items. We regard comprehensive research and analysis to be the most important aspects of the appraisal process. Our appraisers place a value on items by analyzing the current state of the market for comparable items as well as taking into account their provenance and examining their historical significance.
