Mission Hospice & Home Care is a nonprofit organization providing palliative end-of-life care and related education to patients and their families on the San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay. Located in San Mateo, California, it has served the community since 1979 by addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs that accompany serious illness and bereavement. The majority of care occurs in patients' homes, with additional support offered in assisted living and skilled nursing environments.
