Mission2Move s a non-profit organization focused on bringing movement, meditation, and nutrition to students thru teacher professional development, school implementation, and after-school programming. The program focuses on 4 critical health areas: movement, meditation, nutrition, and community involvement. Founded by Sarah Habib, the program enables students to not only learn to master what it means to be healthy, but emerge as community advocates promoting healthy choices for local families and communities. NIH and CDC studies show that students perform better academically when given the chance to move daily and meditate. Therefore, M2M is empowering schools and school districts to improve academic performance and combat a national health crisis.

M2M is currently implementing it's program in Cincinnati, Ohio to help the city combat it's childhood obesity epidemic. M2M offers 6 after-school programs at Academy of World Languages, Oyler, Robert's Academy, Sayler Park, Mount Airy, and Mount Washington. Additionally, in-school services at John P. Parker and work to train as many Physical Education and Health teachers locally as possible.

M2M preovioulsy operated at the Venetia Valley School in Marin County, California. Working with 3rd - 8th graders. The program received positive feedback and strong support from the principal, teachers, students, and families.
