The Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics, Nails, & Cosmetology was opened in February of 2004 and is  fully licensed through the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology. We are nationally accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career, Arts, and Sciences(NACCAS) and are Certified by the United States Department of Education to administer Title IV funds under the Higher Education Act of 1964. The Mississippi Institute is a member school of the American Association of Cosmeotology Schools (AACS).

Under the direct supervision of highly skilled licensed instructors you will successfully complete classes focusing on professional practices, concepts, and skills.  Our program content and clinical practicum exceed the minimum requirements set forth by the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology for graduation and application for licensure that is required to practice as esthetician, nail technician, or cosmetologist in the State of Mississippi.  Upon graduation you will have the scientific knowledge, technical skill, and treatment methods to provide competent and appropriate professional services to the public.
