The mission of MLP Consulting is to utilize our design and field expertise to provide high-quality services to professionals in the building industry.  We work closely with our clients to determine their needs and recommend specific services that we feel will be of maximum value to the project.  Whether it is the use of 3D modeling for pre-planning purposes, BIM for project requirements, or specific software training, we are happy to tailor our services to exactly what you need because client satisfaction is our highest priority!  

MLP Consulting offers over 20 years of experience in both field construction and design/drafting.  We utilize the most current technology including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Fabrication CADmep, EastCoast CAD, and Navisworks Manage.  Our owner, Michael Pair, carries multiple Autodesk Certifications, and all of our employees strive to keep current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in our industry.
