Modacity is building a mobile app to help musicians learn faster while having more fun.

Music teachers say quality of practice is the defining factor in success. Modacity makes music practice efficient by combining spaced repetition, flow states, smart organization, and social dynamics.

Marc Gelfo, Founder/CEO of Modacity, applied cognitive science & computer science to his own musical journey, going from music-school reject to touring the world with the San Francisco Symphony.

Now it's time to share that with anybody who has a smartphone. Let's talk about how everyone can be a musician, and how making that a reality will impact self-development, interpersonal relationships, and society as a whole.

Modacity was launched at Founder Institute Fall 2017 and has already begun a closed beta program. We are planning to launch publicly by end of January 2018.
