HISTORIQUE

C’est en 1983 à Dolbeau, qu'ouvrit le premier magasin de la chaîne appelé autrefois «Aubaine Choc». La réponse positive de la population a permis, à l’aube des années 90, d’ouvrir les magasins basés à Chicoutimi, Jonquière, Alma et Roberval. C’est avec l’arrivée du nouveau millénaire qu’une transition s’est effectuée : la chaîne des boutiques «Aubaines Choc» a laissé place à celle que nous connaissons aujourd’hui comme étant «Mode Choc».

La croissance du réseau n’a cessé de progresser si bien que, le 13 mars 1995 un magasin est instauré dans la région de Québec. Depuis, on peut compter une succursale à place Fleur de Lys et une autre à Lévis. L'expansion a continué, d'autant plus que deux autres succursales ont vue la jour soit à Saint-Georges ainsi qu'à Moncton au Nouveau Brunswick à compté de 2013. La boutique en ligne de l'entreprise a elle aussi vue le jour en 2015. C'est finalement en 2018 que l'entreprise a ouvert ses deux plus récente succursale, soit une sur la Rive-Nord et un concept uniquement déco à Lebourgneuf dans la région de Québec, 

L’entreprise débutant dans une petite boutique de six employés en 1983, compte maintenant onze magasins physiques et plus de 500 employés !
