Moerus Capital Management LLC (“Moerus”), founded in 2015, is an independent, employee-owned Global Value investment management firm.  We offer investment products to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. Across all investments we utilize the same fundamentals-based investment philosophy that seeks to purchase securities trading at large discounts to conservative estimates of their intrinsic value, with a preference for companies that possess strong financial positions, high-quality assets, and attractive business models. We have a flexible global mandate, which we believe enables us to act quickly when temporary swings in broader market sentiment result in compelling investment opportunities provided by panicked and/or forced sellers, wherever in the world they may be. 
Portfolio Manager and Co-Founding Partner Amit Wadhwaney has over 25 years of investment experience, and has managed global investment portfolios since 1996.    Moerus' senior investment professionals have worked together for more than a decade, successfully employing the same proven investment philosophy. They have decades of investment experience and have performed research on securities in over 50 countries. Our offices are located in New York, NY.
