MOL Romania is a subsidiary of MOL Group and one of the leading oil companies in Romania, with a 29-year presence on the local market. MOL Romania offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services, including fuel trading, lubricants, petrochemicals, and bitumen. Presently, MOL Romania operates 238 service stations across the country, along with two fuel depots in Giurgiu and Tileagd, and an LPG terminal in Tileagd. MOL Romania is headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, the business headquarters in Bucharest, an administrative office in Arad and a team of 258 employees.

In 2005, MOL Romania was the first oil company to launch a benefits program, and in 2024 we took our commitment to enhancing the experience of our loyal customers to the next level, by launching MOL MOVE, the new state of the art app-based loyalty program. MOL Move is a key component of MOL's digital innovation projects, designed to provide customers with personalized offers and discounts based on their specific needs.  

The company has invested in the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicle owners, installing charging points in 41 of its stations, which can currently serve 96 electric vehicles simultaneously. 

MOL Romania is an active member of its communities and invests in social responsibility programs in education, sports, health and environment. The first CSR project launched by MOL Romania is the Green Belt Program, which celebrates its 18th edition in 2024. This initiative has engaged over 250,000 beneficiaries and participants in activities designed to improve their understanding of personal contributions to environmental protection. The latest responsibility initiative, developed in 2023, is the road education platform "You Drive! Family Comes First." This program aims to highlight traffic risks and promote responsible road behavior.
