Monarch E&S Insurance Services was established in 1986 in Burbank, California and is built on the principle of providing unmatched services to its customers. The company’s motto, “You’ll Get the Royal Treatment,” is meaningful to Monarch.  

The company has grown into a leading managing general agency and excess-and-surplus lines wholesale brokerage. Its geographic footprint expanded nationally by partnering with Agents Access in January 2019, creating the Monarch Southeast branch, and with Special Risks Limited in January 2020, creating the Monarch Northeast branch. In December 2021, Monarch partnered with A&M, which now enables the provision of exclusive personal lines products.
