Our mission is to Empower children, adolescents, and adults to "Transform, Emerge, and Become..." through emotional and behavioral metamorphosis. We offer Individual, Family, Couples, and Group services for all ages specializing in Stress, Anxiety, Trauma, & Adjustment to Life Transitions. Our focus is Empowerment, Healing and Wellness. ~ Counseling/Psychotherapy to facilitate healing on the inside (Individual, Family, Couples, and Groups, traditional talk therapy, play therapy and other creative expressive arts, trauma specific therapy, solution focused, Consejeria en Espanol, relaxation/mindfulness) ~ Supportive Integrative Services (Breathwork, Sound Therapy, Guided Relaxation, Yoga, Humor Therapy, Support and Skills Groups). Research continues to demonstrate that intervention integrating the full brain system, including right & left hemispheres, & connecting mind/body/spirit, allows for deeper more comprehensive & long-lasting healing.
