Monoprix Online is the e-commerce arm of the Monoprix group, uniting Monoprix.fr with the Sarenza brand. Based in Clichy, Île-de-France, it operates as a mid-sized retail platform focused on online offerings across fashion, food, and home decor. The organization aims to be an omnichannel leader by delivering a broad assortment of textile, home, beauty, and food products to customers. In 2018, Monoprix Online formed a collaboration with Sarenza to accelerate its non-food ecommerce and to create a shared center of expertise covering both food and non-food activities. Sarenza operates in 29 European countries with more than 600 brands and around 50,000 references, and in 2019 broadened its fashion focus under the Serious about shoes & clothing branding, serving roughly 8 million customers in Europe. The partnership emphasizes a strong, in-house customer service function and established delivery and returns practices as part of its model.
