The Montesano School District is a system which believes every employee is important to helping students succeed. Therefore teamwork, honesty and trust must be part of all working relationships.
Adults in the school system model beliefs by their daily attitude and commitment to learning. Every person in the system must commit to continuous improvement by setting goals and pursuing continual professional development.
