Montrose Christian School, a 6-12 private institution located in Rockville, Maryland, is a diverse caring community that provides Christ-centered education for the glory of the Savior and for the good of society. Our qualified faculty is dedicated to the growth and development of each child whom God has entrusted to us. At Montrose Christian, our education focuses on the development of a student's physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual development. Biblically sound academics, athletics, fine arts, and community outreach develops well-rounded students who seek to embody Christian character. It is our endeavor at Montrose Christian School to shape leaders that will eventually impact the world. Montrose Christian School is faithfully led by Dr. Ken Fentress, Chancellor. Dr. Fentress has spent 30 years in academia, operating in a variety of formats ranging from high school instruction to graduate level professorships. He was also the first African American to hold a Deanship position at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Fentress along with Assistant Principal, Dr. Melak Diab are fully committed to equipping students with the tools necessary to fulfill God’s design for their lives.
