Moody Clinic is a small nonprofit outpatient rehabilitative clinic based in Brownsville, in the Rio Grande Valley. It provides speech and language therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy for children from birth through twenty years old who have developmental delays, disabilities, or acquired injuries. Its licensed therapists partner with families to tailor individualized plans that target specific goals and maximize each child's functional capacity.

It is the Rio Grande Valley's sole nonprofit outpatient rehabilitative clinic. In 2025, the Terracon Foundation awarded a community grant to Moody Clinic to support improvements to treatment spaces for children with special needs.
