Moon Roast Coffee is a small Hampshire-based roastery that supplies SCAE 80+ specialty coffee roasted in small batches to order for wholesale and retail. The beans are ethically sourced from smallholders, with an emphasis on freshness, flavor, and precise roast profiles. The business traces its origins to Mincing Lane in London, and in 2014 Francis Bradshaw launched the artisan operation in a barn in the rural Candover Valley, continuing a family coffee heritage with ongoing input from his father, Haydon, a noted taster.

Moon Roast offers a complete solution for cafés, delis, pubs and restaurants, providing equipment advice, supply and maintenance, along with two-stage barista training and ongoing support. The approach emphasizes consistent quality across the bean-to-cup process, from sourcing and blending to extraction and serving. Recently, the company partnered with Greenspark to support environmental restoration, waste reduction, and community development through climate action initiatives.
