We are a Central Missouri based real estate consulting firm specializing in valuation and investment analysis for corporate and government decision-makers, lenders , investors, and developers.  We are a leading provider of commercial and residential appraisals in the Columbia/Mid-Missouri area for mortgage financing, condemnation/right of way/easements, employee relocation, tax assessment review, estate planning, divorce settlement, and buy/sell decisions.  

While our primary market is Central Missouri, we frequently are involved with appraisal-related projects throughout the state, including the Springfield, St. Louis, and Kansas City areas; however, we have also completed appraisals in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, and Illinois. We have provided real estate consulting and valuation services on most property types including single-family, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotels/motels, special use properties, farmland, and various types of development land.

We also provide appraisal services for owners and agencies for eminent domain purposes including utility easements, conservation easements, avigation easements and right of way.  We have two “Yellow Book” qualified appraisers. 

Moore & Shryock has been in the business for over 30 years, and is the only Missouri based firm outside of the metropolitan areas that has three designated members of the Appraisal Institute.
