Morehead Memorial Hospital is a not-for-profit community hospital serving the Eden area of North Carolina. The main campus sits on a 22-acre site and is licensed for 108 acute-care beds and 134 long-term care beds, with inpatient and day hospital services, an emergency department, a birthing center, a nursing center, a cancer treatment center, and several physician offices. Established in 1960, the facility has expanded over time to broaden care capabilities and modernize its operations to address community needs.

Beyond the main campus, Morehead operates three off-site locations: Morehead Urgent Care - West, Wright Diagnostic Center, and Morehead Physical Rehabilitation, which provide urgent care, imaging and wound healing, urology services, and rehabilitation therapies, respectively. In 2017, the hospital became part of UNC Health Care and has been known within that system as UNC Rockingham Health Care, reflecting its integration into a larger regional network.
