Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries' mission is help individuals with barriers to self-sufficiency to achieve independence and dignity through work. Not charity, but a chance. 

For more than 125 years, Goodwill has provided job training programs and partnered with the business community to provide work opportunities for individuals with barriers to self-sufficiency.  The Goodwill Boston Career Center is a one-stop career center that offers universal access to a broad range of services for job seekers.  The Goodwill Stores provide jobs and on-the-job training opportunities while they offer quality, low-cost goods to individuals and families looking for value.  

Goodwill has been named a Top 100 Woman-Led Business by the Boston Globe and the Commonwealth Institute every year since 2014. Goodwill has been awarded the John Gould Award for Education and Workforce Development by the Associated Industries of Massachusetts. and the Innovations in Public Safety Award from the Massachusetts Department of Correction. The Goodwill Stores have been recognized in many readers' polls, including the Weekly Dig, Scout Magazine, Wicked Local, as well as by the Retailers Association of Massachusetts.
