Morrelli and Melvin are acknowledged leaders in sail and power multihull design and engineering. 

The only design and engineering team with two multihull  America's Cup winning  design credits, "Stars and Stripes" 1988 and "Oracle/BMW" in 2010 and currently part of Emirates Team New Zealand's 2013 America's Cup design team. MM designs have also held multiple sailing World Records for Fastest Around the World, Most miles sailed in 24 hours, Atlantic Records, Round Britain/Ireland Records, etc. MM designs have won many World Championships in F40, F18, and A Class classes as well as Bol'd Or, Swiftsure, Ensenda, TransPac race victories.
