Our Capital Markets Division is primarily engaged with raising capital for growth and/or acquisitions. We are industry agnostic and will raise capital for both private and public company clients. Our typical capital markets client has a minimum of $15 million in annual revenue for domestic companies and $25 million in annual revenue for foreign companies. We will consider deals which involve raising a minimum of $5 million. We provide access to a wide array of public company “shells” for clients interested in entering the public markets via reverse mergers. Reverse mergers are a cost effective and time efficient method of bringing our clients into the public markets, while maintaining the professionalism and security of working with a FINRA Broker/Dealer. Mosaic’s Valuation Group provides expert professionals to value businesses and business interests. We provide related appraisal services for a variety of transactional, financial, tax planning and other business purposes.
