MOSAIC offers 4 unique clinics in the Puget Sound area. Our clinics serve birth through young adults with the Pediatric Therapy Program at MOSAIC Children's Therapy in Bellevue, Issaquah, Mountlake Terrace, and Seattle. We serve children in need of therapy due to trauma, disease, surgery, congenital disability or developmental delay. Our therapists include physical, speech, occupational, behavioral, child psychologists, and ABA, with services including, feeding, handwriting, and infant reflux wedge. We offer a collaborative team environment with an emphasis on family involvement. In July 2015, our company merged with West Coast Behavioral, forming Blueprints, a division of MOSAIC, which now handles all of our behavioral, psychological, counseling and special education services. 

MOSAIC Physical Therapy Clinic is located in Mountlake Terrace, serving the Northern King County, Edmonds, MLT, Shoreline and Lynnwood areas. The physical therapists treat birth through adults with specialties in complex orthopedic cases, vestibular therapy and women's pelvic health. The team shares a wealth of knowledge in fitness and injury prevention for their clientele with Functional Movement Screen (FMS). MOSAIC Physical Therapy has two board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialists (OCS) on staff.
