MOSAIC Technologies Group, Inc. (MOSAIC) was founded in 2005 by Michael T. Grier. In 2008, MOSAIC secured its first prime contract and has gone on to win 20 more prime contracts mostly within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. From 2013 to present, MOSAIC has grown 400% but most importantly has continued to provide outstanding services to its clients while also maintaining an employee retention rate above 90%. MOSAIC achieved CMMI® Maturity Level 2 in 2014 as well as its ISO9001 registration in that same year. In 2016, in its continuous pursuit of improvement and optimization, MOSAIC achieved CMMI® Maturity Level 3 and became registered in ISO 20001 and ISO 27001. We support commercial and Government clients, to include the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and are expading into other Federal Agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
