Mosaic Transit Group is a mid-sized construction consortium based in Woodbridge, Ontario, focused on a major public transit project in Toronto's northwest. The consortium comprises ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc., Aecon Concessions (a division of Aecon Construction Group Inc.), and CRH Canada Group Inc., and it is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Finch West LRT. The Finch West LRT spans 11 kilometers with 18 stops, running from Keele Street to Humber College's north campus, and is expected to carry about 40,000 riders daily when completed. The line is owned by Metrolinx, with operation planned for the Toronto Transit Commission and maintenance provided by Mosaic Transit Partners Maintenance. Construction began in 2019, with ARUP serving as the primary subcontractor for lead design, and Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario acting as provincial partners. In October 2024 Mosaic Transit Group filed a lawsuit against Metrolinx and the Ontario government over several issues, including discussions with the TTC.
