Moses Lake Community Health Center (MLCHC) is a non-profit, community-driven provider of comprehensive primary health care. It focuses on serving the whole family with a special emphasis on underserved populations and migrant farm workers, delivering medical and dental services through centers in Moses Lake, Quincy, and Ephrata. The organization was founded in 1978 as a satellite dental clinic of the North Central Washington Migrant Health Project and expanded the following years to include medical care and obstetric and inpatient services, evolving into a broader primary care center. Located in Moses Lake, Washington, MLCHC operates as a multi-site network with bilingual staff to support culturally appropriate care. As of 2024, it employed more than 350 full-time staff. In 2025, MLCHC expanded access by launching telehealth services in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
