Motion Dynamics Corporation is an experienced, privately held company that manufactures custom micro springs, medical coils and wire components. We manufacture to the highest standards, from quick prototypes to large quantity production, for the Medical, Electronics, Aerospace and Military Industry or any market needing the perfect custom wire component. The mainframe of our business is dedicated to the design, production and assembly of high quality wire components, guidewires, assemblies and sub-assemblies for Medical Device applications.  Motion Dynamics’ highly skilled engineering and production teams are experts in laser welding and specialize in developing the optimal solution for unique and challenging applications. We enjoy getting involved with our customer's projects early on and helping with the design to optimize manufacturability.

Our specialties include capabilities with fine and ultra-fine wire diameters as small as 0.0007”.  We have experience working with almost any material available used to make wire components, including Nitinol, exotic, precious metal, and high performance alloys as well as biocompatible materials.
