Founded by an expert in the international team building industry whose experience was gathered through years of hosting events across Europe, MOTIVA was established with the goal of sharing this know-how with a new set of clients. After relocating to the Triangle area, Kiku Vives hand-selected a vibrant new team that excels in many arenas, with all types of clientele, and lends a local pulse to his international background.
