Mountville Mills is a family-owned textile manufacturer based in Lagrange, Georgia, founded in 1963 by Emmett Hart with support from his wife Nancy after his 15 years in design and development at Callaway Mills. The company operates manufacturing facilities totaling more than 640,000 square feet and maintains a workforce across North America and Europe. Its history includes significant expansions and acquisitions, such as a 1999 collaboration with The Andersen Company in Dalton, Georgia; a 2005 expansion to Ronse, Belgium; a 2008 acquisition of the North American business unit of Kleen-Tex Industries; and a 2018 merger of the matting division with Andersen to form M+A Matting serving U.S. and Canadian customers.
