MPL Concepts, LLC is a manufacturer of oil filled polymers used for maintenance-free bearing lubrication.  We offer a finished product, which includes a bearing with MP Lube installed, as well as the option to process bearings supplied by you.

MPLs consist of two major components (oils and polymers) along with other additives and have the appearance of a solid lubricant.  As a bearing operates, its temperature rises and oil is released from the polymer.  When it cools, the polymer acts as a sponge and absorbs the oil, which eliminates the need for relubrication.  The oil is released based on the unique needs of each application and the hardened polymer helps block contaminants from entering the bearing.  (Two of the primary causes of premature bearing failure are lack of proper lubrication and contaminants damaging the internal components.)

There are many industrial applications across most Industries where MPLs can be used to assure consistent lubrication and decrease contamination in bearings, which will increase the likelihood of reaching the intended service life.
