MPM provides a full array of building services including but not limited to engineering, construction, waterproofing & caulking, negative waterproofing, elastomeric deck & wall coating, sealing & painting, window washing, calcium removal / demineralization and metal maintenance. MPM carries $10,000,000.00 General Liability and unlimited Workers' Compensation Insurance and carries the following Contractor's License Numbers: B-1, C-33, C-61/D-12 424298 MPM is affiliated with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA Greater Los Angeles) as well as the Community Association Institute (CAI). MPM's Fall Arrest Training is an eight (8) hour mandatory training given to all our new crew members. This training has two parts, namely the orientation and the hands-on practical application. OSHA REQUIREMENTS ORIENTATION Fall Protection - discuss the detailed procedure in surviving a fall as well as the skills to perform routine duties more safely and more quickly Climbing Techniques - discuss the procedure on how to climb towers safely and efficiently Causes of Accidents - discuss the possible causes of accidents and the proper application of solutions as permitted by the safety guidelines Emergency Solutions / Guidelines - discuss MPM's Emergency Procedures HANDS ON APPLICATION Safety Gadgets - introduce the different safety gadgets, their applications and proper inspection Safety Equipment - orient crew members with the different parts of the safety equipment and their operation * rigging and raising techniques * attachment and anchoring Fall Load Demonstration - safely demonstrate an actual fall incident Rescue Demonstration - demonstrate the rescue techniques Emergency Safety Procedures and Patient care
