Founded in 1996, by Tom Moran and Anthony Rossi, M&R Development is an environmentally conscious developer of luxury, high-end rental apartment buildings ranging from suburban garden and mid-rise to urban, mixed use high-rise. We are a pioneering company focused on sustainable and eco-friendly developments with six projects receiving LEED certifications and the most recent three projects receiving Green Globe status.
	The M&R Development team continues to introduce new ideas into the multifamily industry and continually strives to deliver apartment homes far beyond residents' expectations. In a time when the cost to rent is comparable to the cost to own a home, more residents are choosing M&R Development projects, because of our concentrated devotion to detail, passion to provide timeless comfort and modern design for residents and commercial tenants.
	To date, M&R Development has developed twenty properties with over 5,000 units, spanning from the Chicago area to Wisconsin. Our most recent project, 2929 on Mayfair (Wauwatosa, WI), was delivered in the fall of 2023.
