MRCOOL is a manufacturing company based in Hickory, Kentucky, that specializes in heating and cooling solutions. Its core offering is a DIY ductless mini-split system designed to simplify installation and deliver efficient climate control, enabling users to install the unit themselves. The approach targets homeowners seeking an affordable, straightforward HVAC option that avoids the complexities of traditional professional installation.

Within the residential HVAC equipment market, MRCOOL positions itself around user-friendly, self-installable technology rather than conventional, contractor-led setups. In October 2025, the company expanded its Graves County facility in Kentucky, increasing production capacity and adding new full-time positions.
