MRK Associates is an independent, owner managed recruitment and career consultancy focused on providing specialist knowledge and advice to its clients and candidates alike.

Founded in 2011, with an average experience per employee of over 8 years, MRK has seen huge growth and offers advice and recruitment services across 3 core Brands – Accountancy/Finance, Revenue Management and Data Analytics - on a temporary and permanent basis to its customers across the UK. Through specialist consultants concentrating on niche markets in each Brand, we have a team of experts knowledgeable about their sector, industries, salaries, talent pool and general marketplace.
We have finance recruiters focusing on the transactions finance markets, others on part-qualified and QBE markets and others on the qualified and senior finance markets.
In revenue management, we recruit from entry level revenue analyst positions through to Director of Revenue Management roles across the UK and internationally with everything in between - Cluster Revenue Managers, Area Revenue Managers, Head of Revenue Management, Yield and Trading Managers.
Within Data Analytics we focus on staff to manage company's data - ranging from data engineers, data scientists, database managers, data visualisation, BI reporting and analytics.
