MRSL is an employee-owned company with locations in Sarasota, FL and Monterey, CA and Dayton, OH. As a small employee owned (ESOP) business, we focus on advanced signal processing applications and common services development for the National agencies of the Intelligence Community (IC) and the Department of Defense. We’ve developed and deployed multiple mission-critical applications and system infrastructures for use in client operations.

MRSL deals with all aspects of the signal processing application’s life cycle from concept to deployed product. We invent novel processing techniques from the ground up to meet customer needs which often requires detection and estimation of very low SNR signals in stressing environments. We develop the mathematics and prototype software for proof of principle.

MRSL performs software optimization to meet processing-time and data-throughput requirements. We utilize numerical libraries, parallel processing and other means to this end. We ensure that each application functions within the customer’s computing framework.
