MRW Insurance Services - a division of Assured SKCG Inc., is a full-service independent insurance agency on Long Island, in Hauppauge, New York at the Matrix Corporate Park. Our company's roots in the insurance industry began in the middle of the last century as Richtberg and Rehberger. In 1987 MRW Group Inc. was established as a result of a merger with Mills, Muller Wood agency. Since then, our mergers and acquisitions with Centerport Insurance Agency and other agencies have expanded the markets and insurance products our agency has to offer. In the years prior to the grand opening of our headquarters office in Hauppauge, New York in 2015, MRW Group had offices located in Huntington, Medford, Rockville Centre, Lynbrook, Valley Stream, Ronkonkoma and Wading River. On February 1, 2016, MRW Group Inc. merged with AssuredPartners, Inc. and our company name changed to MRW Insurance Services a division of Assured SKCG Inc. We are excited to be a part of Assured Partners Inc., the 13th largest insurance agency in the country. Our customers benefit from our longevity in the insurance industry and from the depth of the vast experience and knowledge of our dedicated staff members. Richard de la Sota, CPCU, is President of MRW Insurance Services. Rich is the current President of Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Suffolk County, Inc. (IIABSC).
