Strategic Partnerships MSRDC serves as a research development partner to over 60 minority-serving research institutions, federal partners, and private industry collaborators, indicating strong potential for formal collaborations and grant-driven projects with government agencies and MSI networks.

Public Sector Ties Historical collaboration with DHS S&T and BETO indicates familiarity with government funding cycles and nontraditional performers, suggesting opportunities to position MSRDC for DHS, DOE, and related federal solicitations and joint research initiatives.

Funding Leverage Recent funding activity through BETO and a sub-$1M revenue profile implies capacity to scale projects through partnerships and grant programs with public funds, making MSRDC an attractive co-award or prime/subcontracting candidate for grant opportunities.
