MTNTOUGH believes that mental toughness is just as important as physical strength and that the strongest muscle in the human body is the one between your ears. Over 10,000 hunter, military, and mountain athletes train in the MTNTOUGH+ App. The app offers thousands of workouts and unique programs specifically built for the mountain athlete. You can train at home or in the gym from 20-50 minutes with no equipment, minimal equipment or a full gym. There are options for the beginner to the elite athlete. You can build mental toughness, pack on muscle, and improve your endurance using the MTNTOUGH+ App. With a coaching staff comprised of former Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, and renowned physical trainers—the workouts aren’t easy. The goal is to prepare clients for both the unthinkable and the everyday—to have the mental capacity and physical stamina to self-rescue in an emergency, or grind through a 12-hour workday and still play with the kids after dinner.
