Murr Siler Eckels Delaney, PC was established in Denver, Colorado in 1992. Its original founders, real estate attorney, Joseph A. Murr, and mortgage lending attorney, Eric P. (Rick) Accomazzo, added mortgage servicing attorney, Jamie G. Siler, as a Shareholder in 2008. In 2021, Daniel R. Delaney, a commercial litigation attorney, and James P. Eckels, a consumer finance litigation and appeals attorney, were also added as Shareholders of the corporation. On July 1, 2024, the firm became Murr Siler Eckels Delaney, PC (MSED). Though relatively diversified, we usually represent businesses, lenders and creditors in general practices, commercial transactions and litigation. Our attorneys join our Denver office from all across the nation and focus on areas of law including Real Estate, Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Servicing, Insurance and Catastrophic Personal Injuries, Appellate Law, Creditor Bankruptcy, and Business Transactional Law. We are privileged to have contributed to Colorado and Federal law with the many reported decisions credited to our firm and our firm’s attorneys—past and present.
