The firm frames its mission around enabling social connectivity and cultural expression, positioning itself as a facilitator of culture rather than solely a technology provider. Its SmartWare software development kit enables integration with external apps and products, creating new user experiences and streamlined sharing.

Operating in the computers and electronics manufacturing industry, Muzik maintains a mid-sized, globally distributed team that works remotely from locations around the world. Since introducing SmartWare in 2012, the company has been granted more than 130 domestic and international patents and has received multiple innovation awards, including CES recognitions from 2014 to 2017. The organization also maintains a network of over 80 global celebrities and cultural icons as part of its cultural community.
