My Perfect Pet Inc. produces dog-focused food products, including lightly cooked bars and treats, at its facility in Poway, California. The offerings are 100% human-grade, prepared from fresh, whole foods in a commercial kitchen and made under FDA standards, a response to safety concerns after the founder lost a dog to contaminated pet food in 2007.

The company targets dog owners who prioritize high-quality, safe nutrition for their pets. It sits within the food and beverage manufacturing industry and emphasizes in-house production to maintain control over quality and safety. In January 2019, the company announced the appointment of Beth Gibbs as Mid-Atlantic and Northeast territory manager, highlighting ongoing sales activity; the firm is based in Poway and maintains a small to mid-sized team.
